NEW COURT CONSTRUCTION
Basketball court
construction in Utah.
Ace Courts builds backyard basketball courts throughout Utah. Our in-house crews handle site work, concrete, acrylic surfacing, and game lines for half-court and full-court installations. We use no subcontractors.
Plan your project
Half court or full court?
Start with the way you want to use the space: shooting practice, family games, or full-court play. We review available area and surrounding clearance, then coordinate hoop position, backboard overhang, and the slab layout.
The hoop is part of the build
Footings and equipment locations affect the construction plan. Choose the hoop and backboard configuration alongside your court dimensions so the foundations and playing area work together. Fencing and lighting can be included in the agreed scope.
Backyard multi-sport courts in Utah
Combine basketball with pickleball or other game lines on a backyard multi-sport court. We review the available dimensions and clearance, help you prioritize the primary sport, and plan contrasting lines and equipment before finalizing the layout.

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Before you
break ground.
Can you resurface an existing basketball court?
Yes. We assess the condition of the base and existing finish before recommending repairs and acrylic resurfacing. See resurfacing options.
What affects basketball court construction cost?
Court footprint, access for equipment, excavation, grading, concrete design, coating system, and selected accessories all matter. A site-specific proposal is more useful than a single price based only on the sport.
What should I send for a quote?
Send your city, approximate available dimensions, photos of the site, preferred sport, and any fencing or lighting requests. Let us know whether this is new construction, a court replacement, or resurfacing.
