NEW COURT CONSTRUCTION
Pickleball court
construction in Utah.
A dedicated place for the game you can’t stop playing. Ace Courts brings the site work, concrete, acrylic finish, and game lines together under one company, with no subcontractors.
Plan your project
Start with the whole footprint
A pickleball layout needs more than painted playing lines. We plan the surrounding clearance, net location, access, and separation from nearby activities with you before setting the slab footprint. A dedicated court and a shared basketball court require different decisions.
Choose a surface around your game
Acrylic surfacing gives your court its finished color and playing texture. We discuss the specified coating system, optional cushioning, and contrast between the kitchen, playing area, and perimeter. Your proposal identifies the selected system.
Plan the details before the pour
Net posts, fencing, light poles, drainage routes, and equipment belong in the initial plan. Thinking through them early helps keep construction coordinated. We also discuss the practical path for equipment to reach your backyard.
From excavation to acrylic.
Site evaluation → Grading & drainage → Concrete slab → Surface & lines → Equipment → Walkthrough

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Before you
break ground.
Can you resurface an existing pickleball court?
Yes. We assess the condition of the base and existing finish before recommending repairs and acrylic resurfacing. See resurfacing options.
What affects pickleball court construction cost?
Court footprint, access for equipment, excavation, grading, concrete design, coating system, and selected accessories all matter. A site-specific proposal is more useful than a single price based only on the sport.
What should I send for a quote?
Send your city, approximate available dimensions, photos of the site, preferred sport, and any fencing or lighting requests. Let us know whether this is new construction, a court replacement, or resurfacing.
